It is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or excessive noise. The property operates on a septic system, so guests are asked to follow all septic guidelines provided before arrival. Guests wishing to use the fire pit are responsible for purchasing their own firewood locally. To help protect Ontario's forests from invasive pests and diseases, please do not transport firewood from other regions or cities. As with most cottage country destinations, guests may encounter wildlife, insects, changing weather conditions, and varying lake conditions throughout the year. These are all part of the authentic Northern Ontario cottage experience. The waterfront, swimming area, BBQ, and all outdoor amenities are used at guests' own risk. Please be respectful of neighbouring RVs, campers, and cottage owners at all times. • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances during these hours. • The cottage operates on a septic system. Please help us protect it by only flushing toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, food, grease, or any other items. • Please use water responsibly and avoid excessive water usage. • This cottage is intended for guests looking to relax and enjoy the lake, nature, and peaceful surroundings. Parties, events, excessive drinking, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. • Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional guest fees. • Guests are responsible for removing all garbage and recycling at checkout. If garbage is left behind, an additional garbage removal fee will be charged to cover cleaner disposal costs. • Please leave the cottage in reasonable condition upon departure. • The BBQ is provided for guest enjoyment.
